Two inputs?

I want to change to using a usb gps instead of the output from a chartplotter but also get the AIS output from a NASA ais engine that has a RS232 plug. I can get a serial port to usb cable for the AIS but the gps input will be on say Com 3 and the AIS and NMEA will come in on Com 4. I also want to display the NMEA data on the new dashboard.

Is there a way of configuring this ?

I have also just been looking at NavMonPC and the record function of nmea data looks good so would like to share the data with Opencpn.

Can anyone help?
