try again::gr-ais on raspberry pi

Good day,
I have been trying to get the Raspberry Pi to Run Gr-ais and have been running into difficulties on the TCP server option. I have put a series of print"marker" statements to try to figure where the code is stopping and not running the tcp server option(it stops right at ais_demod.py). gr-ais will do this:

I expect the zero's because there is no data in my area, but it should start the TCP server even without data. Can anyone help? thanks
