Hello Thomas,

The culprit has been found.

Timestamps presented on a request are strongly related to the fields shown on the tasklist screen.

All the projects have been align and they should display these 9 fields.

Serge

That's good.
But....
The picture from RockBox, refers to the individual tasks, and the related posts, and there are still no timestamps for those.

Looking at my personal profile in "Edit my details", there is a field "Date format". Mine is empty, what is in yours?
The Flyspray manual indicates that this field is for overriding the "default" date format. I don't think this is the problem. Just covering all corners...

I have erased "taifun" in a field - should be better.

Thomas,

In my profil "Date format" and "Detail format" are blanks.

Could be the clue.

Dear OpenCPNers,

2010 Requests : 2 pages of requests posted over 2 years ago are still on the table.

Fellow requesters : Check if your requests are still relevant, if not, ask for their closure.

Thanks to you

Re: TRACKER/FLYSPRAY: When and How to use it

Hint #6 : What kind of list can I get from the Tracker Global Screen ?

For each project; Tracker display a Global Screen with a line composed by several columns, each column title can be select and sorted (ascendant / descendant).

For example :
the Global Screen "All Projects" displays this list :
ID Project Task Type Operating System Severity Summary Opened Votes OpenBy

If you want the list sorted :

by Numerotation; you must click on the "ID field" column title

or by request related to (OpenCPN, Plugins...); click on "Project"
or by features / bug / ... : click on "Task Type"
or by Windows / Linux / Mac : click on "Operating System"
or by High / Medium / Low / ... : click on "Severity"
or by Short description : click on "Summary"
or by Deposit date : click on "Opened"
or by Most wanted features : click on "Votes"
or by Depositor : click on "OpenBy"

Note : lines in bold are the more frequently used.

OpenCPN-ers,

For those who have deposit a request on "OpenCPN 3.3.x Beta"; Please check if it is still valid with the latest version (3.3.1117); if not, ask for its closure.

Thanks to you

Re: TRACKER/FLYSPRAY: When and How to use it

Sorry: new to this. I dropped a patch into flyspray back in August for multicast support (low importance, but also low risk/impact). It hasn't been assigned to be integrated. Should I have raised this for a particular release rather than as a "feature request"? I would go back and check that the patch still installs cleanly with the latest git, but I should probably hold off until it has been accepted. Being rejected would also be fine (I'd be happy to re-work it) but with it hanging in limbo I'm not sure what I should be doing about it and don't really want to hassle anyone (FS#1063 FWIW)
