Tracker: Dependency Graph

In Tracker, when there is a Dependency graph showing and it is clicked, this appears:

Is this a feature in tracker that is only supported by Linux? What I am missing?

No, it does not work on Linux either.
I think that the error message means that the "Zend Framework" php extension is not installed on the opencpn.org server. That's why the call using the Zend Rest Client api failed.
