Re: TEAMVIEWER AND OPENCPN

Tore I did go ahead and install TeamViewer 8 and purchased a Windy31-n USB Router as was pictured in one of your posts. I set up TV with the Lan settings you suggested and am able to control my PC from my iPad while the PC is still connected to the Internet via WiFi. The second I turn off my incoming WiFi I lose the ability to stay connected with TV. It looks like the Lan settings are not working for me. Did you do some additional configuration within the Windy31 software other than set it up as a WiFi router? I'm missing something here because I think I'm using the same USB Router and same release of TV.

Dear Tore

Thank you very much for your feedback.

You can use the LAN feature. You can set this option by going to Extras-> Options-> Incoming LAN connections.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us again.

Best regards

P.S. we recently released Version 8 Beta. It offers new features and enhancements.
Please Feel free to download and provide any feedback.
