TCP Stream in Plugin?

Are there any plugins that implement a TCP stream that I can look at as an example? I am trying to integrate a sensor with a plugin and need to look at raw data.

Look at the radar plugins, no others implement network streams of their own.

Thanks! I looked at gradar_pi and moving the #includes for winsock2.h and WS2tcpip.h from the header file to the .cpp file like they do solved all my problems. Easy peasy. Not sure I understand why this fixed it, but I'm guessing the opencpn core links somehow with the plugin.h file and winsock2.h / WS2tcpip.h were getting included twice, which is what it seemed from the errors but couldn't figure out how.
