Extend/Change the Use of WP to POI and linking with new data & photos

FS#951 - WP Change Name of "Waypoints" Tab to "Marks" or "POI" -This is a semantics thing. I think that WPTS are always on a route. - Not Implimented, can we close it?

FS#945 - WP Storing a single waypoint as a Point Of Interest (POI) When acting on a waypoint, several options are offered but not the storage one to dissociate a single WP from a route and store it as a POI. If I can store this single WP and make it as a POI, this could be the starting opportunity for another collective work. SAVE WP under WP properties. - Not implemented.

FS#332 - WP Link .jpg files to Mark/WP properties It would be great if you could allow users to link .jpg files to the properties box of Marks/WP's. - DONE, closed.

FS#1005 - RM Route Manager export not populating save file name. Prior to 3.3.424, 3.2 specifically, when exporting a route from the route manager the route name would be populated as the save file name. In the current git this does not happen. The save file name is populated with the name of the directory being save

Someone should test these in current 3.3.814 beta. Pavel has implemented FS#1005. Then we can close or annotate the FS items.

Routes
1. RM Save a Route or selective routes to a gpx file. Works.
2. RM Save all visible routes to a gpx file. Works.
3. RM Import. Works.
Tracks
4. RM Save a Track or selective tracke to a gpx file.
5. RM Save all visible routes to a gpx file.
6. RM Import. Works.
Temp Layers
3. Create a Temporary Layer. Works.
4. Imports a Route or routes to a Temporary Layer. Appears to work, but does not show when all routes and tracks are turned off.
5. I haven't been able to get this to work the way I think it should. Needs more testing.

WP "selectively export/delete WP from the Route Manager Window" (in Routes)
"Select multiple waypoints for Export and Delete"
1. In Route Properties you can select multiple waypoints and delete them.
2. In Route Properties you can export all as text.

In Tracks this function is a little different still.

I am going to suggest closing all of these items at this point. If you know more about this and don't want it closed, get onto Tracker and change it.

We need to reduce these lists, by eliminating duplicates and outdated items and consolidating.
