I completely understand the concern about becoming a target!
One way around this is to not share the Google Earth
charts, but to share the .KMZ file they were derived from. The .KMZ has no licensing restrictions and file can be distributed without issue and people can use them as they see fit.
The creation of the KMZ file is really the hard work, as you can then plug
it into GE2KAP and the rest is basically automated.
