route properties, arrival times

I was planning a short passage and noticed the arrival times do not match the ete.
Note the second line on the Majuro to Maloelap route , 11.0 nm @ 5kts, 2h 12m, depart 00:00:00 arrive 04:23.The first few waypoints are reused, so I think the problem is there since the rest of passage times are correct.
Another route with first waypoints reused is way off , same leg depart 00:00, arrive 20:33 for same 2h 12m leg
I deleted the second route so only first route is in there, but problem still exists.
