PLAN SPEED
I can not get OPENCPN to change Plan Speed.

If I go to a WP, properties, description and put in say VMG=7, hit OK.

Then I go to Route propeties and it might be 3.94 or 6.3 something...

How does one change the Plan Speed for one route?

Also, everytime I open the Route, at the same place on my screen, Plan Speed is different than it was just before.....
