Wait awhile for a better answer before following
my advice
...but since you ask for
any help...
These are likely more than you want, but since I don't have 2000,I'm guessing the dll
O wants is in the wrong place or non existent:
"Dependency Walker"(free)
http://www.dependencywalker.com/ might help.It sometimes will plainly show
what an app wants and
where it wants it but still,as a general rule(whatever it says)if you put the dll in the same folder as the app(opencpn),it will
work.
using it:goto "File,Open and browse to
opencpn.ignore the stuff it shows you for now.Go to Profile,Start Profiling.
the last messages are the ones you will want,I bet.
There's also RegMon and FileMon that watch and
record everything the app wants to run. They do the same as above but are even smaller.
If you post something more detailed from these,I bet you get the answer quick.
You did say "
any help" ....
