Opencpn will not install

I just got a surface pro with windows 8.1. When I run the install program, I get an error message, 'This app can't run on your PC'.
I've tried running the install program as administrator, and got the same message.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

I guess that the problem is related to the W8 version, OpenCPN is not running on Windows 8.1 RT.
