OpenCPN versus Navionics

What options do I have to get the same quality charts in OpenCPN as I now have in Navionics? I would like to import and use the mooring buoy information availible from - Bojenfelder in Kroatien - Anchorages in Croatia - Nauticka sidrista u Hrvatskoj - Campi boe in Croazia that I can export. The mobile Navionics app does not allow importing.

From what I have seen, the charts availble (outside the US) so not show the same defination of data, especially depth, which is important. I am probably missing something so please help.

My particular area of interest is the Croatian Adriatic as I spend about 20 weeks a year there sailing.
