Hi Dave

I have been looking for the folders in Open CPN where you hide the text I write after adding a mark on the charts. Have writen a couple of cruising guides using Oziexplorer but can't give away the program as I don't own it. Thought I could use Open CPN w cruising guide as and extra folder or 2 ( text and Pictures)
Thanks for your help
Hans

Hans...

All this stuff is in navobj.xml, found in the program data location.

Good Luck

Can't get AIS target query

Very happy with OpenCPN; only thing is, since version 3.0.0 I can not get an AIS target query by right-clicking on the target, or in any other way I tried. I only get the target query window if we are on a danger course with that specific vessel

Re: OpenCPN Version 3.0.0 Release

Sorry, should have said that I already upgraded to 3.2.2 and this did not help.
Also double clicking did not work. Windows 7 64.

Jef...

As debug , please try Right Click anywhere, AIS Target list, select a target, and click Target Info button...

Does this work?

Re: OpenCPN Version 3.0.0 Release

Hi Dave,
we have returned to our boat.
I tried what you suggested. I did not get the target query window. This window only appears if on a collision course. Some releases ago you could get it by right-clicking on an AIS target, and selecting "AIS target query".
Software version is 3.3.1006.
Thanks,
Jef
