OpenCPN ver 2.3.1

I downloaded this version a few times and idem installed it.
Every time, when starting the progr. for first time, a grey screen came that changed after long time into a white screen and thereafter the error message came, with the standard question if i would report to MS.

So finally I downloaded the ver 2.3.0 and that seems working well.
The charts load etc. (not tested with GPS yet)
Also, I did point ; install in English i.s.o. install in local language that I did before.
