Hakan, I am trying to update all of Sean's plugins and have recompiled and listed them here

Pavel has improved packaging and added CI and in some cases updated the international files.

Can you check the files for the translators and update the POT for them and then make the necessary PR when they are complete?

In the case of oeSENC and ofc-pi the main incomplete languages are PT/BR and Turkish.
As ofc will go from beta to live quite soon, some attention would be very much appreciated.

There has never been a language file for the BSB4 plugin. And the same for the NVcharts plugin.

And the code of these plugins are closed source. So, no Guithub.

And I hope that the NVcharts plugin will still be operational for a long time.
There are many users of NVcharts nautical charts here in Europe when they are purchased directly from NV-Charts. Indeed, this map editor provides both paper nautical charts and electronic nautical charts for Western Europe.

For BSB4, I do not know. The CHS (Canada) no longer crypt its nautical chartsets in BSB4. There was a solution with Australian Nautical Charts. But, I do not know if it's still exploitable.

I am wondering if there are any BSB4 charts available....

In looking for the NVcharts_pi plugin and I don't fnd it.
Well I guess I could have looked at NVcharts for Turks & Caicos
on a recent sail, but without the PI they woulld not work.
