Updated Norwegian translation of OCPN BETA 3.3.1006

There are some new *.pot files at github but it seems there are some problems with the Grib plugin for localisation:

The grib_pi code uses some arrays for strings to be localized. But I cannot get them here in german language although they are in the opencpn-grib_pi.mo file. These strings always show up in english or get their translation from the main opencpn.mo file.

Example:
Line 251 in GribSettingsDialog.cpp:
for(int i=0; i<GribOverlaySettings::SETTINGS_COUNT; i++)
m_cDataType->Append(tname_from_index[i]);

Array "tname_from_index[]" is at line 49.

Inserting an additional line with "AddLocaleCatalog(_T("opencpn-grib_pi"));" at several places does not help.

It does not work with other such arrays as well in grib_pi.

Maybe Dave can have a look for that?
