Differences do exit as compare to the recorded data (unless the recorded data are incorrect); In some places the data recorded are in standard time during the winter and in daylight time during the summer; if the analysis was done without taking care of this, then it will lead s to errors. The British isle for instance should be on GMT and not on France time. that is what I have seen in the file I have. Holland as also some funny things.
