non-android has AIS
baked in, it is not a plugin, it just needs a nmea0183 AIS data stream.
Android version shows a very simplified and limited set of connections for GPS
and receiving data which is accessed from the Android menu button.
However from the Menubar Option > Connections is available and from that you can set up to receive an AIS data stream. I believe thee Android version supports AIS, but does it? I have not actually done this.
The plugin supports plugins and has Grib, WMM, Dashboard and Squiddio.
The radar pi for Android may a long wait.
