Opencpn and Fedora 23

I had O running on F21 without major issues. I did a fresh install (upgrade didn't work) of F23/KDE on a Lenovo W500. Now when I try to install O 4.1.1108 I get this message:

"Multiple packages exist that are not compatible with each other.
This is usually due to mixing packages from different software origins"

and this:

"Could not depsolve transaction; 2 problems detected:
0. nothing provides opencpn-gshhs-low needed by opencpn-4.1.1108-1.fc23.x86_64
1. nothing provides opencpn-gshhs-low needed by opencpn-4.1.1108-1.fc23.x86_64"

O, the docs, and the plugins are all listed, but because of the missing dependency, nothing installs.

I'm sorry, I forgot to build these deps for F23. That's done now. You should be able to install latest beta now (don't forget to update your cache as it's built only a few minutes ago)

As of 1420 PST, no change. I'mI trying to get the latest stable version, not beta.

So I cleared the cache:
$ sync; echo 3 > /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches

changed repository address
http://je.onfray.fr/repo/fedora/20/x...c20.noarch.rpm

to
http://je.onfray.fr/repo/fedora/23/x...c23.noarch.rpm

The only changes I made are from 20 to 23 in two places. The repo installed, but is it the correct repo? When I try to install O, I still get the error although the version of O that it's looking for has changed:

[root@localhost joe]# dnf install opencpn
Last metadata expiration check performed 0:49:35 ago on Sat Jan 2 14:48:42 2016.
Error: nothing provides opencpn-gshhs-low needed by opencpn-4.1.1022-1.fc23.x86_64
(try to add '--allowerasing' to command line to replace conflicting packages)

Sorry, I meant dnf/yum cache. This should be enough:

# dnf --disablerepo \* --enablerepo jeo-testing clean metadata
# dnf install opencpn
