OpenCPN 4.8.8 won't install... cairo.dll

OpenCPN 4.8.4 had been working fine. Windows 10.

Crashed a couple times recently. After each crash it would forget where I was and take a while to find installed charts.

So I tried to install version 4.8.8 hoping that would fix issues.

Installation failed. The last line in details box is: "Can't write: C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenCPN\cairo.dll".

Search tells me cairo.dll is a system file on my laptop. Any ideas?

cairo.dll is a library installed with OpenCPN, if you system thinks that it is in use and can't be replaced, which it shouldn't be thinking unless OpenCPN is running, try to reboot your computer, which usually is the only way to resolve this particular problem on Windows.
