OpenCPN 4.4.0 on OpenSUSE and Fedora ready for test

Hello;

I have just completed the packaging of OpenCPN 4.4.0 for OpenSUSE with all the listed Plugins. 64 and 32 builds are available, I support Leap 42.1, 13.2 and 13.1.

As usual, I build at the same time the packages for Fedora (22, 23).

I will now start a good week of test at sea. Would those tests be conclusive, I will push the repo as the Main OpenSUSE repo.

If you are willing to test this newly baked 4.4 with me, you are more than welcome.

OpenCPN-4.x is a meta package that will call the base package and all available plugins. Note that you need to remove the old OpenCPN package before (that will not affect your preferences).

Would OpenCPN not launch, this is likely due to an incompatibility with the compilation options for wx lib. In that case, just force the download of wx from my own repo in lieu of the default one.
