OpenCPN 3.2.0 1-Click-install for openSUSE 12.1 12.2 12.3

Hello,

I have just upgraded the official version of openSUSE/openCPN that I maintain to 3.2.0.
I build for version 12.1 12.2 12.3 (I only quickly tested on 12.1 and 12.2 so far).
It should work out of the box from a new install.
If you face installation issue, please let me know, I will fix them.
