Open CPN Downloaded charts won't show up on chart

The template set of CPN charts for Peru will not show up on the chart map no matter what I do, what am I missing, I just installed Open CPN 5.0 same problem lingers.

Turn on the chart outlines, for example by pressing "o".
You should find some charts inland in the Peruvian Amazonas !!

The download link currently in OpenCPN is limited to just these inland charts.
