Open CPN - AIS Tab - No Rollover Options

Just installed 2.1.0 and the AIS tab lacks the roll over options to display data on targets.

Any ideas??

Also running an L3 Protec W Class A AIS transponder and software enables user to select output sentences to feed RS232 port. By default it was just AIS data, but now add the common GPS sentences. So I now just have one cable from L3 to laptop that carries all the data.

In itself, the answer is simple: This feature is not a part of the 2.1.0., it was introduced in the early 2.2 beta series.
2.1.0 comes with documentation that shows this fact. A problem here is that every link in the documentation goes to the Wiki, that reflects the beta development. It is a bug, see this tracker entry.
To read the documentation, don't use the links,just scroll down the page to find what you are looking for.

This bug has now been fixed. In the next stable release, links in the documentation will be (mainly) internal.

For now, it is admittedly a confusing aspect of the documentation.
