Northstar 6000i

I have an older 6000i radar and was wondering if anyone has ever been able to get overlay data on OpenCPN.

The radar is mounted below making it sort of useless so I'd like to get it on my tablet. I will probably upgrade to something newer if I can't get the 6000i data to display.

Opencpn works through plugins with Simrad/BG/Lowrance 3G and 4G radars, plus Garmin digital HD radars.
No plugin exsists for your 6000i radar.

Bummer. I guess it's time to upgrade. Anyone working on a Furuno plugin?
