No Text in OpenCPN - Help, Please

Hi can some help me I have opencnp 231 and loaded my cmap files
Everything is there but no text at all, ie port names everything else looks fine lighthouses
currents tides depth soundings all there what am I missing?

welcome, it looks like you missed the very first line on Vector Chart Display | Official OpenCPN Homepage
The rest of the manual also has some very interesting info for newcomers.

Thanks I can’t understand how I missed that. I have been looking at it for so long just couldn’t see the wood for trees bugger feel like such fool now
