Navigatrix and Garmin USB gps 18x

I hope I've made the correct modification on my Navigatrix, changing the blacklist adding # on garmin gps line and on sudo "dpkg-reconfigure gpsd" adding -N parameters..but nothing work...

I checked and i got this message:

nx@nx:~$ cgps
cgps: no gpsd running or network error: -6, can't connect to host/port pair
nx@nx:~$ gpsd
gpsd:ERROR: can't run with neither control socket nor devices

Anybody can hekp me?
