Making charts for Open Cpn from JPG

Hello Is there any software I kan use like MapCal in SeaClear to make charts for Open Cpn?

There is a chapter in the manual (F1 or the wrench symbol from the top bar)) about how to transform charts for OCPN.
Please have a look.

And you will know about the British sense of humor for sure as well (regarding some posts)...
