A big thank you to everyone who build maintain and contribute to OpenCPN. Its a great program who is gettening better everyday and best of all it is free.

I had a chance to use OpenCPN for the first time on a cruise from Virginia to Maine. It worked very well - Thanks for all you have done.

I used version 1.36 - no problems on XP but I lost communications with the BU353 several times a day on the Windows 7 computer. Not a big problem. Reinitialized the serial port connection and it was back in business.

I'd like to add my thanks as well. Just spent 2 weeks sailing up and down the Chesapeake using version 2.1 without absolutely no issues. This is a fantastic piece of software -- thanks to Dave and all the others that have worked so hard to make it that way.
