Installation of AVCS Charts - JP Cells

Greetings

Has anyone tried installing Japanese AVCS cells and experienced error messages regarding the updates being out-of-sequence? If so, are their any known workarounds regarding this?

I believe the issue is that the authority for the JP region reissue base cells rather than create a new edition and the S63 plugin for OpenCPN is expecting update numbers in sequence e.g. 001, 002, etc. In my case, trying to install cell JP14IFV0 you have the base cell 000 and the update 004, 005.

I have tried installing the cell from official UKHO AVCS media without joy.

I am running OpenVPN 5.0.0+9065270 with S63 plugin 1.14.1501.

Any help would be much appreciated.

The standard specifies that the updates have to be strictly in sequence and without missing intermediate steps.
What is logical to maintain the integrity of the updated cells/charts.

The issue should be notified to Admiralty.
