Install "UserIcons" automatically

Hello All,

There is, in the opencpn.org website, a stock icons that we can add to those existing in the original heart of OpenCPN.

But for the install, you have to "put his hand in dirty oil" (as we say in France). This means that we must:
- Find the folder where they are to be added
- Manually add the sub-folder "UserIcons" in this folder.

At a time when everything is automated, it does not.

Someone could be put in place a plugin to automatically perform this action?

Too complicated to program or to develop for any operating system. There are much more other things to do to make OpenCPN more user friendly. Actually the user needs to read many pages of a manual and often he even don't understand the manual...
