Importing Marks / Waypoints from Cmap4 / cm93

New to the forum and opencpn. I have been using Cmap4 with cm93 charts for several years and would like to import all of the marks/waypoints that I have created into opencpn. But I can't find where my marks are stored in cmap4 and therefore can't figure out to import them.
Thanks for your help

As far as I can see the cmap4 route format is proprietary.. Perhaps you can find some export feature within the software
