How are Plugins installed?

This is beyond me.

How do I install Logbook for Ubuntu 11.04?

Also, I have no idea how to install any of the plugins.

Would someone please tell me how to do both?

Thank you

Re: How are Plugins installed?

Solved.

I looked at the opencpn.log file which showed that it was looking for "plugins". Here's what the line of text said-

PlugInManager: Loading PlugIn: /usr/lib/opencpn/libgrib_pi.so

So, I put the plugins into the folder- /usr/lib/opencpn/

I had to use Nautilus (Ubuntu)
