Help Opencpn with Ubuntu 13.4

I try to compile O with Ubuntu 13.04 installed as dual boot with Vista in //
I’ve tried to do all what is written in "developer manual"
I use Code Block.
The compilation has ended successfully
But when I try to run O in code Block , I get errors you can see in the shots attached
- I do not understand the messages in the black window
- The error in the .conf file is :
18:13:13 CEST: No styles found at: /usr/local/share/opencpn/uidata/
18:13:13 CEST: No styles found at: /home/jeanpierre/
18:13:13 CEST: No styles found at: /home/jeanpierre/.opencpn/
18:13:13 CEST: The requested style was not found:

but there the style file is in the right place !

I can add that the official beta 1006 package works well

what can I do ?

I've made some progress :
I built a package and installed it and it work !
But I still can't run O from Code Blocks IDE which is not practical

Another problem : I can't use wxFormBuilder because it's a version prior to the file ( thus prior
to the Windows version ) and I failed to find a package for the last version ( except for 64-amd !)
Any idea ?

To run in debug mode, you have to copy the missing styles etc. to the build subdir (you will find which and where in the log, I don't remember from memory).
You should be able to use the precise deb for wxFormbuilder from wxFormBuilder - Browse /wxformbuilder-nightly/3.3.04-beta at SourceForge.net

I got the package for wxFB OK
I'll try to copy files I've done already but certainly not yet at the right place ..
