Grib e mail setup with G mail

Hi
Im setting up open cpn on land and want to download grib files on windows laptop using g mail. When I try to send a grib request it tells me i have no associated e mail account and need to associate it.
How do i do this please

Simplest is to copy and paste. Look in manual as there are several pages about this under grib_pi
