What is your screen resolution? There is a maximum supported of 1366 x 768

Its because your screen resolution is not 1366x768 and/or the the text size is not 100%

Your screen resolution is w=2160 h=1440. It should be 1366x768

See the Help Problems number 8 on how to change it

Thank you. That worked. I previously tried all sorts of resolutions without success. The trick is that I had to sign out of windows 10 and sign back on before it worked!


Also, the HP works with a resolution of 1600 x 900, the Dell with a resolution of 1440 x 900, which threw me off.

Yes its not so much the resolution as the text size. At those higher resolution if the text size is 100% its very hard to read.
