GE not always perfect?

I got a kick out of this. Either someone mis-stiched the sat photos or there is about to be a head-on collision.

This just south of Palm Valley FL on the ICWW.

This is only the second time I have seen this . The other one was in the Bahamas and is now corrected.

Re: GE not always perfect?

I saw the same thing in my town: a 100m-wide north-south swath was missing when 2 photographs were not properly matched. I noticed it because my street had disappeared. It is now corrected, too.

They must have had the same earth quake as we did in Napa.

Slight correction. They just ran through each other. Travelling opposite directions now.

Re: GE not always perfect?

In my home marina, some boats have been under water for a LOOOONG time

I tend to rely more on Bing sat/aerial views nowadays. Guess Google has become complacent.

Using SASPlanet 41212 (with GE2KAP compat as a bonus) makes
switching child's play. Navionics charts as well...
