Not so easy to do this move mouse and
boat to exact loc on a bouncy sea either. There are a number of uses for this feature and I'll name a few:
1. Dead reconning.
2. Testing. In particular cel_nav right now.
3. General utility. To have to create a txt file with the
boat position and use vdr_pi to move the boat (which also activates a
route and turns the boat red -having some other uses) or fiddle with scale and mice, when we should just be able to right click and pick Boat Properties, to set boat position along with a number of other boat characteristics (depth. beam, length overal, lwl,
gps position in the boat, sail area, etc -list could be long.) That might be a logical structure, similar to waypoint properties, but for own boat.
