Fail to display NV-Charts

Just bought the portfolio FR2 "Bretagne Nord, St. Malo à Douarnenez" from NV charts. The kit is dated from 2014/2015.
I have also purchased NV dongle to be able to use those charts on a desktop PC at home but also on a portable PC when sailing.

Once registered and the USB dongle connected, I am able to see the charts with "Chart Navigator Light", the free SW provided together with the charts.

Using OpenCPN v4.0 + plugin nvc_win32_pi15_v13_pi.dll, the charts do not load.

Anyone having experienced this issue ?

I have tried also with OpenCPN v3.2.2 and v3.0.2. Without any success.

I have contacted NV-charts support team for this topic.
In response they have e-mailed me an update of the installation package.
Once I have installed this package, I could display all charts properly (using OpenCPN v4).

The support team from NV is very very reactive. I've got a first answer immediately (on Sunday !) and today, monday, the case is closed. The support has been excellent.

Anyone having the same issue should contact them through their website.

Which installation package you are talking about?
Is the plugin nvc_win32_pi15_v13_pi.dll working or has NV-charts provided a new plugin or what?
There are several users with problems and some more informations might be useful.

Actually I have received a completely new package from NV charts. I mean an .exe file that re-installs all charts. This file launches again the installation setup: it is replacing all FR2 charts from the default folder C:\Chartkit\Bsbchart, it is installing again "Chart Navigator Light".
The exe file size is 329Mo while the original CD was 237Mo.

I have done the replacement with NV dongle plugged into an USB port.
I didn't have to re-enter the product ID code (I have done this only once when I made the first installation).

Finally I didn't change anything in OpenCPN v4.0.0 and I have used the plugin from OpenCPN plugin page = nvc_win32_pi15_v13_pi.dll . No need for change here.
I have just "forced a full database rebuid" in the options dialog.
