ENC - Safety Route Planning - Security Cone

Wishful to the OpenCPN Developer Community
When planning a route, add the function of checking the route to safety by vector ENC
Checking the segment of the route to the intersection with a dangerous object or not passing the depth area along the draft.
Add a security cone function that would highlight dangerous objects at the rate and notify objects.

This functional is in proksesionalnyh EX
I would like that in CPN was even smarter and more reliable on the security of navigation.

There is a voyage planner plugin that does some of what you want. Suggest you look at the various plugins to see if you can find something that is suitable.

Such a functional just seems to be in the standard functionality!
