Re: Dashboard time

Agreed. I can muddle through building stuff on RPi, but it is slow and painful. Still relearning (Too many years have passed - haven't coded in 15+ years) I don't have the tools to build for Window$.

Re: Dashboard time

transmitterdan
Your dashboard time clock is good and should be kept in the future.
The only problem I had was to readjust the size of data with S57 charts.
I am still searching for the soundings adjustment.
Your 4.6.2 version is quite correct.
Thanks a lot.

If you copy your OpenCPN.ini file to the portable installation folder all your old settings should be preserved.

Re: Dashboard time

All three beta testers like the new dashboard clocks.

Should sunrise/sunset be always in local time or should there be a UTC and local sunrise/set clocks? I don't know anyone who wants/needs to know sunrise/set in UTC time.

I think it is not important to know Sunrise/sunset for other places than where I an now. So for me,... local time.

Agreed, London doesn't do much for me unless I am there.
Thank you,

Re: Dashboard time

All,

I have submitted the new clock gadgets to Github. Thanks to all who beta tested. Since the upload to Github is complete I am not going to need any more beta testers. Thanks to all who volunteered to help.

Best regards,

Re: Dashboard time

@ Dan,

Thanks. Great that you fixed my feature request in a very short time.

Maybe you also can do something for my tracker 1929?
