This does not look to hard to do, in fact I used several convertors on line but they have a limit of 2 images
I did a search on the opencpn
program directory for PNG.
Found a bunch of Icon Images!
The next step is to copy them to some directory and convert them, but with what?
Vector Magic gets pretty good reviews

is expensive and the online one might be fine.. It is $8.

If you want to help out the Opencpn
effort, you could convert all the OpenCPN Icons PNG into svg format, and put them in the appropriate directories. I think I would use Inkscape as it looks like the main Opensource effort.
