Connection Android device via Bluetooth

Hello.
Can anybody help me to find manual\guide how to connect
Android Device via Bluetooth to OpenCPN to use it as an
external GPS device.

I have not tried BlueNMEA, but I will now.

Previously I tried several other. Most did not work properly on my phone, but this one did work well:

Another option would be to use a USB GPS connected directly to the computer. A BU-353 is only $37 delivered. Might be simpler than trying to get an app on a phone to talk to software on a computer via bluetooth.
