Circle Course for Fishing ?

I was hoping that there was a way to generate a circle course to send to the autopilot to steer a circle course around a specific position, in this case for fishing. My Raymarine ST6002 said it had that feature (plus others) only to find out from Raytheon "No sorry we were going to do that but it didn't work out". Ideal would be a circle with adjustable radius of say 100 - 1000 yards?
Thanks. I use opencpn and Im very happy with it. Clean and simple.
