China ENC charts

I downloaded those charts, and was in a quandary about where I should place them. The .zip file has 4 chart files located directly in the /ENC_ROOT directory, rather than a subdirectory under it. Thinking the catalog file would conflict with the US ENC charts, I placed its ENC_ROOT folder under my main ENC_ROOT folder (as in /home/public/Charts/ENC_ROOT/ENC_ROOT).

Should it really be placed somewhere like ../Charts/[Issuing Agency]/ENC_ROOT? How are others organizing their chart folders?

The way you describe in your last paragraph is the same way I organize mine.
