Chart Rotation Plugin: oeSENC charts text wrong place

When using Rotation Plugin with oeSENC charts, de textlabels or wrong positioned.
Looks like all text is 180 degrees rotated over the middle of the screen
klik North up and all text positioning is correct again.

With ENC or CM93 no problem

Is this occurring with every type of rotation mode?
Perhaps we should add this as an Issue here in Github

so Sean knows and can fix it?

Thanks, Those really help with understanding it.
Sometimes it looks like the text is rotating at a different rate and different center. Other times it is hard to determine a rational for the location and angle of text.

I'm pretty sure that we never tested the chart rotation plug-in with oeSENC (or S-63) charts.

The rotation plugin works with the free european inland ENC charts, no problem.
Also the well known CM93 works
Only oeSENC creates this walking around text

It has nothing to do with the chart rotation plugin, but this plugin is a convenient way to test the code.

There is likely a problem in how the s-63 plugin renders text with rotated viewports.

The issue is already under investigation.

We have seen errors as well for plain S-57, for example the underscore for dry falling soundings.

The interesting thing is that all this did not surface earlier.
Seems that Course Up is not used that intensively ....

I cannot reproduce the problem on the following config:

OCPN 4.8.6
Win7
OpenGL on.
oeSENC Norway charts.
Rotation Plugin activated, using '[' and ']' keys to rotate the charts manually..

What is your configuration, exactly, and what controls are you using to rotate the screen?

Anyone else tried this on Windows/linux?
Android is a separate issue, please.
