Chart list help

I upgraded from Ubuntu 10.0.4 to 12.0.4 and from Opencpn 2.5.0 to 3.0.2 and moved my charts to a new folder with some new charts. OK I should have not done so much at one time but.
When I start Opencpn and go to tools, charts it shows the old list of folders. I delete those and add the new ones. Charts show up and everthing is good. I shut down and restart and the old list is back.
What am I not doing?
This is a dual boot machine with Windows 7 and Ubantu on it.

Re: Chart list help

svadagio...

Not sure what's going on here without detailed study of your logs.

However, your best bet here is to exit OpenCPN, then

Code:
$rm ~/.opencpn/opencpn.conf
and restart OpenCPN, re-entering your new chart dirs...
