Transmitter Dan I did not know eithet so i uploaded them to the my github.com/chartdldr main main directory. Then tried putting them under a folder images. Somehow i created a pull request which Pavel didi not like and refused. I just linked to the images there. Now the links seem to have changed to https://github.com/rgleason/chartdld...art-Source.png. as an example. Can you try to upload to here or to create a pull request for me? I did not find much instruction on this in github.
Alternatively i could host an images-chartdldr folder on my website and we could just link to that. And you could send me the images or upload them to OpenCPN Beta File Thingie to the Upload area. Using User:upload. Pass: uploadpass

Dan thats wierd it shows as an image ... just look at the path

Ok I got on my laptop and found that

"https://github.com/rgleason/chartdldr_pi/tree/Add-Wiki-Images/images"

https://github.com/rgleason/chartdld...-Images/images

has the images. I believe this is the same as

https://github.com/rgleason/chartdldr_pi/
Branch: Add-Wiki-Images
Look in the "Images" directory.

Perhaps you can suggest a better way of doing this?
Or we can just use my Website for the the images as I found this to be pretty cumbersome. Also Pavel says he does not want bitmaps on his github, for some reason which has not been explained to me yet.

Have updated the images and changed the link location to my server. Will catch up on the other links to photos later. This is much easier to do than using github.

I may not have the images in the correct place, it appears the images you provided are faster paced, and I was more step by step, so there is discontinuity. However some of the original image links were removed, so it became a little confusing. Perhaps you can move the images to the locations you intended by using edit and finding the ! comment and hyperlinks.

Milestone 1.0
1. Add the possibility to direct the user to manual download enhancement - Yes, German charts are easily downloaded. How would this work?
2. Get rid of the "update dance" after deleting a catalog bug - Does not appear to be a problem.
3. Dialog window placement enhancement - Add and Edit do not center.
4. Write user documentation enhancement - Pretty much finished
5. Updated charts can end up in "wrong" folder - Not sure if this needs or warrants a fix.

Dan has added a log to the plugin now and done some other things.
Works great updated about 20 catalogs and downloaded about 8 sets of charts which updated all the cataloged charts in my directory in about 15 minutes.

Version 0.8 of the chart updater has just been released. I suppose we are feature complete and if no new bugs are found, will update the translation from Crowdin and release version 1.0 in a couple of days
Changes in this version:
- Ability to update all the charts in one operation (Thanks Dan)
- Improved stability with low quality connection (Thanks Dan)
- Integrated documentation (Thanks Rick)
- Support for charts requiring manual download (Germany IENC)
- The usual dose of polish

Setup package for Windows: Download opencpnplugins from SourceForge.net
Setup package for Mac OS X: Download opencpnplugins from SourceForge.net
Linux packages are available in the beta PPA, just

sudo apt-get install opencpn-plugin-chartdldr

Please pay special attention to the clarity of the documentation, this plugin is targeting mostly inexperienced users, so I would really like the docs not to create the usual "You suck. I did not read it, but it is Chinese anyway" reaction (if possible at all)
