changing the date

My version of CPN shows tidal data for 1 month in advance of the current date. I can get the correct info by bringing up the tidal chart and clicking on the left arrow but it would be much better if I could use the info that is already on the screen.

So which version of OpenCPN is "My version" ?
What date is your system time set to?

Thanks for the quick reply. It's version 3.0.2. I don't recall having an opportunity to set the date when it was installed. However, I did the installation with help from someone more versed in computers, so he may have set it without my knowledge.

You can't set the date for OpenCPN separately.
What date does your desktop widget show?
It's usually in the lower right corner.
